Dear Jan,
Many individuals accept the challenge of a spiritual journey by first entering
into it outwardly and moving within the borders of time and space. Changes of
geographic location or movement of the physical vehicle are only an outward
metaphor for movement of the inner consciousness. They are in truth not
disconnected as there is no separation between the spiritual and the material
other then within our own mind.
Have you ever wanted change in your life and rearranged a room. Our outer world
is only the conformation of matter and energy to match the movement of thought
and feeling within our inner world. Thus all that we have allowed our attention
to wander upon eventually is given birth in our outer world. Hence, the chaos or
even what some call negativity is not always directly attributable to our
present state of consciousness but most often reflects that which we once
dwelled within. In truth, this is why guilt is such an absurd concept as all
that we think, feel, say and do will eventually re present itself as the furnace
of our lives in order that the dross burns away and all that is left is the
golden colored heart.
Some on this forum have questioned their actions because of what is occurring in
their lives. This is a responsible approach. Yet do not fault yourself for each
of us is truly doing the best we can. Life does not punish us for that is the
way of power and not of love. Rather, life instructs us as It respects our
inherent beingness as a part of Its source, the Creator. Each of us is blessed
as the mirror of life reflects back to us the exactness of our consciousness. We
only need to accept our lessons and humbly learn from them for we always have
present choice even when the consequences of past actions return to haunt us.
Thus, the paradox of free will and determinism is broken. One is a narrow view
of the past which posits responsibility elsewhere and views the individual as a
non determinative factor within their own life. The other roots itself in the
ever present choice we have, yet fails to consider that choice and consequence
are two sides of the same coin.
If you are poor in man's terms, you can still be rich in consciousness.
Eventually, the proper use of imagination will connect you with that which your
heart desires. Thus, as desire is neither good nor bad, but a critical component
of each being and of their God given imagination, it is the object of desire
which determines the next step in spiritual unfoldment. Those who are more
experienced in the proper use of imagination, have concomitantly realized a
greater degree of freedom and thus naturally choose more universal objects of
desire which serve others and not just self.
If you choose to change your state of consciousness, you have no need of outer
travel to any jungle or distant area of the world. First seek the kingdom of
heaven within and all that is not of it will disappear from your life. May I
offer a poor man's version (smile) of what the writer suggests. Close your eyes
and sink deeply into your love for life, God, Spirit or a beloved other like a
teacher. With profound gratitude for all that you are and all that you have and
a conscious willingness to surrender it in service to the Divine, take a deep
breath as if you are embracing all of life. Slowly allow the breath to move
forward as it you are allowing the Source of that breath to give back to life.
And on that outbreath, with your attention gathered at the third eye, sing the
HU as a long drawn out HUUUUUUUUUUU. Quietly, be aware of your stillness and
listen to the Creator with your inner ear while attentive to the blank screen
within your mind with your inner eye.
Now, in this receptive state, almost like a trance, yet different as you are
completely conscious, become aware what moves through your universe. You may see
Light, perhaps a blue ball or a blue star or even a field of stars or a spiral
of red, green, orange, purple, gold or white.. You may hear Sound, a high
pitched whine, the roaring sea, the wind, the running water, the bells, the
drums, the single noted flute, thunder or the buzzing of bees. Or you may be
blessed to behold the single eye of God. If any of you have had this experience,
you may write me off list and I will share with you its profound meaning. Some
may see something or move into another dimension of existence. Have no fear for
nothing which is not good can exist in the presence of HU, which will shatter
even the most subtle of illusions and reveal the truth.
Many of you have mentioned the HU as David Hudson had in his lectures. many of
you have experienced the HU and have recognized it as a consequence of taking
ORMUS. Many of you have attributed this to ORMUS as well as the changes you have
observed in your state of consciousness. May I humbly offer for your
consideration another perspective on all of this and one which I feel is
directly related to the theme of this forum. Incidentally, I am very much
looking forward to Dead Sea and Great Salt Lake Gold which Don is sending me and
will be happy to report my observations on this forum.
Now to that perspective. Let me thank Monika, and all of you who have reported
about the changing of the HU. It has become a seed within me and ever
increasingly moved me to write this post. As the object of desire is a critical
factor in the movement of consciousness, whether it be on this physical plane or
in the inner worlds, the source of our gratitude is much like a door which when
opened properly allows us to experience the welcome greeting of another state of
consciousness. May I humbly, and I do mean that, suggest for your consideration
that that which we encounter in our lives has as its source, Spirit Itself.
May I also share with you something which I have learned and which has had
profound impact on my living true to my own heart. A teacher of mine whose name
is Rebezar Tarz, once said to me "To do what you do not love is a waste of God."
As his words, over the years, have proven themselves over and over again, I took
them to heart and began to contemplate them. What I began to understand is that
we are here to learn about Love, how to receive it and how to express that which
we receive. Our first priority is to learn to love ourselves in order that we
can receive the love, fill ourselves with it and then express it to others. Our
capacity to receive as well as to give love cannot be any greater than the love
we have for our self, our true Self.
I began to recognize that God teaches us best when we do what we love, for it
requires great honesty to discover this and great courage to pursue it. Thus,
God has no concern or interest in what we love other then that we love. Hence
the connection to ORMUS. Each of us was freely seeking something greater either
within us or outside of us. Spirit arranged the configuration of our life in
order that our desire be made manifest. Thus the source of ORMUS is Spirit and
the source of our discovering it is Spirit and the source of Barry's and every
other contributor's creativity and brilliance is Spirit. Hence, if we are
developing a love for ORMUS, then that is a bridge for Spirit to instruct us in
Its ways. Yet, is it ORMUS or Spirit which is the source of our more lucid
dreams, our greater awareness, our increased connection to life? And where do we
place our gratitude when we experience all of these blessings? Rebezar Tarz once
said to me."It is a good thing for Soul to seek to unfold spiritually. Yet even
that carried to an extreme reflects the passions of vanity and greed. Yes, we
can even seek to posses spirituality. Far better that man attends to the
business at hand and learns to demonstrate the love of God in every corner of
his life. It is service alone that will carry Soul into the very Heart of God"
Let us return to the HU so that I may share with you about it. I have studied
the teachings of Eckankar, the Religion of the Light and Sound of God, for over
thirty years and am a minister or priest of this teaching. There are both male
and female priests. For thousands and thousands of years, the Vairagi Eck
Masters have taught their disciples the significance of singing the HU. It is
the root word of Alleluia as well as of Allah Hu Allah. It is also the root word
of Human as Annie Besant pointed out in her writings on theosophy. It is known
by the Sufis as my beloved teacher Shamus i Tabriz taught them this over 800
years ago. It is known by the various off shoots of the teachings of the great
Sikh Eck Master, Sudar Singh. It is the sound of Spirit in the very heart of God
known poetically as the Ocean of Love and Mercy. Its practice both in singing it
on a daily basis and expanding ones consciousness to hear it in all of life will
eventually free Soul from the endless cycle of karma and reincarnation. Those in
the mystery schools who drank the sacred soma were attempting through outer
means to enter into the HU. Those of you who hear it and its various melodies
are indeed blessed. Those of you who see it in its various light colors are
blessed as well. The Light and Sound, the Hu Itself, is the Creator
communicating with each and all of Its parts, "urging" each to begin the return
journey to ITS Heart.
I enjoy each of you, your honesty, openness and enthusiasm for that which you
love. I remain a member for it is my blessing to both serve and be served. Your
enthusiasm is "catchy" and I await with some degree of enthusiasm the arrival of
my ORMUS. Don (DEG)asked me what I am ingesting. It is the Light and Sound of
God. If you want, try the exercise I shared with you or perhaps get a free tape
of 5000 people from the world over singing this song and an elaboration of what
the HU means by calling 1-800-LoveGod. I can assure you that your experiences of
ORMUS and everything else will become more profound as you express your
gratitude to Spirit by singing your own Love Song to God, even while hearing IT
sing the HU to you.
With much warmth and good will,
Stephen

not all of us can afford that all inclusive trip into
the rainforest as the manifestation of wealth has not
hit us all. while yes shamanism brings great wisdom as
does the shamanic journeys through medicinal means of
halluncinogenic plants , it can also be achieved
through other means of trancework and journey without
the guidance of the shaman and hallucinogens. Ideal
it may be to have the guide of a fully trained elder
shaman but not all of us has the benefit of such a
presence.
warmly
brightest blessings
