Oil Extraction Method
Get a half pint jar, pour in 1/2 C sea salt then add olive oil until it is even with the top of the jar (you want
as little air as possible after putting on the lid).
Shake the ingredients for a couple minutes to get it fully mixed. Pour through a filter (I use a cone
coffee filter) and let all of the liquid drip out.
You're done. Be sure to store it in a dark colored container with a tight fitting lid.
Some say wrapping it in aluminum foil will work also.
I use a cobalt blue bottle with a stopper cap. This stuff is amazingly easy to make.
