Youthing
In his first Dallas lecture in February of 1995
David Hudson suggested that the materials he had discovered might be associated with longevity and the
youthing properties of various substances from ancient history. Here is a picture of David Hudson at the
age of 47 from this lecture:

When I first started taking ORMUS on about
August 25, 1996 I was not taking it to regain my youth. I was mostly just curious about what it would do.
The first ORMUS sample I ingested was made by Jim and I only had occasional small amounts of Jim's
ozonated ORMUS and ORMUS wash water till I learned how to make the white precipitate from the Essene on
May 18, 1997 .
I made my first precipitate using water from Samo hot spring,
which is four blocks from where I live. My second precipitate came from Baker City water
out of the tap. I made both of these on about May 27, 1997. I took about a teaspoon of this precipitate a
day for about a year, alternating with precipitate from various sea salts and precipitates from other
sources. I first took this on the 28th and it made me a bit sleepy and spacey.
Since May of 1997 I have taken ORMUS products from many of the
ORMUS providers though most of the ORMUS I have ingested since then has been trap water and sea water
precipitate from various sources.
It might be helpful, at this point, to give a bit of my health
history. I was not very healthy as a child. I ate a lot of refined sugar products and the usual "junk"
foods available in the fifties and sixties. I had lots of dental cavities and, by the time I was out of
grade school, I had mercury fillings in most of my teeth. Here are some school photos from my
youth:

In 1964 I became depressed and ended up in a state mental
hospital for a month. I got out before Thanksgiving and took anti-depressants for about six months. In
the spring of 1965 I saw an endocrinologist who suggested growth hormone therapy which I did for about
six months after I quit the anti-depressants.
My dad was always more into healthy eating than my mom till I
got depressed in 1964. In the years after 1964 my mom gradually got more and more into "health foods" and
by 1966 she started pointing out that my past depression was probably due to low blood sugar
(hypoglycemia) brought on by the refined sugar we commonly used. In 1968 she started a "health food
store" on the back porch of the family home.
This was the same year I graduated from high school. I
started Eastern Oregon College in La Grande, Oregon in the fall of 1968 but, since I was
eating at the college cafeteria, I did not stick to the good diet I started at home. After my first year
of college I decided to drop out as I felt that it was interfering with my education. Here is my ID
picture from college:

In the summer of 1969, after college got out, I got a job
working for the Forest Service and rented a house a block away from my parent's home. That summer I
planted my first organic garden in the back yard of this rental house and ate a lot of food from it.
Also, I took my first B Vitamin supplement that summer. It was the best "high" that I ever had up till
that time. The second day I took it, it was not quite as good and the third day I barely noticed a
thing.
I think that ORMUS works a bit like this for many people. I
consider it to be essential nutrients that can have a fairly profound effect if you are not used to them
but the initial experience quickly diminishes to be replaced by gradual, nearly imperceptible, changes
over the long run.
On January 1, 1970 my New Year’s resolution was
to eat only raw plants and milk products. I made this resolution after reading the Essene Gospel of Peace
as translated by Edmond Bordeaux Szekely:
“Therefore, eat not anything which fire, or frost, or water
has destroyed. For burned, frozen and rotted foods will burn, freeze and rot your body also (1). Be not
like the foolish husbandman who sowed in his ground cooked, and frozen, and rotten seeds. And the autumn
came, and his fields bore nothing. And great was his distress. But be like that husbandman who sowed in
his field living seed, and whose field bore living ears of wheat, paying a hundredfold for the seeds
which he planted. For I tell you truly, live only by the fire of life, and prepare not your foods with
the fire of death, which kills your foods, your bodies and your souls also.”
“Master, where is the fire of life?” asked some of
them.
“In you, in your blood, and in your bodies.”
“And the fire of death?” asked others.
“It is the fire which blazes outside your body, which is
hotter than your blood. With that fire of death you cook your foods in your homes and in your fields. I
tell you truly, it is the same fire which destroys your foods and your bodies, even as the fire of
malice, which ravages your thoughts, ravages your spirits. For your body is that which you eat, and your
spirit is that which you think. Eat nothing, therefore, which a stronger fire than the fire of life has
killed. Wherefore, prepare and eat all fruits of trees, and all grasses of the fields, and all milk of
beasts good for eating. For all these are fed and ripened by the fire of life; all are the gift of the
angels of our Earthly Mother. But eat nothing to which only the fire of death gives savor, for such is of
Satan.”
“So eat always from the table of God: the fruits of the trees,
the grain and grasses of the field, the milk of beasts, and the honey of bees. For everything beyond
these is of Satan, and leads by the way of sins and of diseases unto death. But the foods which you eat
from the abundant table of God give strength and youth to your body, and you will never see diseases For
the table of God fed Methuselah of old, and I tell you truly, if you live even as he lived, then will the
God of the living give you also long life upon the earth as was his.”
I stayed with this raw diet for three years until a few months
after my first marriage. I also did some fasting in this time period. You can see how I looked from
behind in the picture below from my first wedding on August 1, 1973:
As you can see I was a bit thin.
Nine months later, my son was born and three or four months
after that the following picture was taken:
A month or so after this picture was taken my wife left me and
I went into depression for several months. This time, I knew how to “manage” my depression with diet so I
did not stay depressed for as long. However, I did notice that after a few months of relative inactivity,
I was exhausted after climbing three flights of stairs.
In 1982 I met the woman who was to become my second wife. You
can see a picture of me from this year below:
Notice the “crow’s feet” wrinkles near my eyes in the picture
above. This is the earliest picture I could find with wrinkles. Below I have a picture of me at age 60
which shows a very similar level of skin wrinkles.
I first noticed a bit of grey in my beard in 1993. Here is a
picture from early 1993 where you can see a bit of grey showing near my jaw line on the
side:

More and more grey showed up before I started taking ORMUS.
Below is a picture that was taken two months before I ingested my first ORMUS on about
August 25, 1996:
Notice that my beard has quite a bit of grey but my hair has
no grey. This picture was taken at a Mexican restaurant four days before my 47th
birthday.
Back to how I think that ORMUS has helped me to maintain a
youthful look and feel. As a sort of baseline comparison, you can see a picture of my two younger
brothers from July of 2000 below:
Neither brother was taking ORMUS at the
time.
Notice the hair color of my brother on the right and the
wrinkles of both brothers. Here is a more recent picture of my oldest younger brother:
Compare this to my hair color and wrinkles in the following
picture which was taken of all three of us in December of 2007 (after I had been taking ORMUS regularly
for over ten years.)
Note that neither of my younger brothers took ORMUS regularly
until 2008.
Also see the pictures below, of me and my oldest younger
sister, that were taken in 2005:
In early 2002 I was giving a lecture in southern
California. At the end of my lecture a gentleman came in late. I had met him previously but did not
recognize him because his beard was no longer grey. You can see pictures of the changes he experiences
after ingesting ORMUS copper for a few years at:
http://www.OrmusMinerals.com/m-copper.htm
I thought that this was a worthy experiment so I also obtained
and tried some ORMUS copper with the results shown at:
http://www.OrmusMinerals.com/bcbeard.htm
I have not had a regular supply of ORMUS copper since then and
the color of my beard seems to fluctuate by getting lighter when I don’t take the ORMUS copper and
getting darker when I do take it. I have not consistently taken it for a long enough time to get my
original dark hair color back.
For the last few years I have been having my mercury fillings
removed. I suspect that the extra mercury in my system as a result has not been beneficial to the
youthing process. I have often wondered if the mercury might contribute to the loss of color in my
beard.
All of the mercury fillings in my upper jaw have been removed
but I still have five teeth with mercury fillings in my lower jaw. Both of my younger brothers have had
all their upper teeth removed and now use dentures. I have had two upper molars removed and have had four
or five root canals.
I decided to write all of this up a few days before my
60th birthday on June 25, 2009 . On June 30th I trimmed my beard
quite close so that my skin would show through. On July 1st I took the picture below:
Notice that my beard has a lot of grey and there is a bit of
grey starting to show in my hair. Also notice that I still have about the same “crow’s feet” near my eyes
that I had in the picture from 1982 when I was 37. Also, if you look closely, you might see a few faint
wrinkles on my forehead. (You may have to download the picture and view it full size to see
these.)
Looking in the mirror, I cannot find any other wrinkles on my
face.
I am not sure how much of this effect should be attributed to
diet and lifestyle and how much can be attributed to the ORMUS. All but the two youngest of my siblings
have maintained a pretty good natural food diet since the seventies.
