We planted the vegetable seeds in 2007 on June 24 and harvested on September 15 (82 days). We live at 4,800 ft. All the veggies are measured next to an official baseball. By definition, a baseball is "9 to 9.25 inches in circumference". That means that the diameter is between 2.86 and 2.94 inches.

This one was almost 7 inches across

after82 days.

BeafsteakTomatoes

Beefsteak Heirloom Tomato Seeds typically

produce4 to 5-inch tomatoes in 80 days.

These are at the high end of that range.

 

The lily below is supposed to only have one blossom per year and be 4 to 5 inches in diameter, this is the first year of being planted, blossoms on the stem are not supposed to happen.
