My
Spirit Bio
I regularly join forums that are not
specifically about ORMUS but that are related enough that the ORMUS topic might spark some interest.
Following is what I posted to one of these forums in December of 2004. This post got me kicked off the
forum.
Dear Friends,
I am new to this list in the last few days
and this topic is a great opportunity to introduce myself.
When I was young I was a great science
fiction fan. I started in grade school with Superman comic books and graduated to science fiction as a
teenager in the sixties. My favorite science fiction story was "Stranger in a StrangeLand" by Robert Heinlein and my second
favorite was "Dune" by Frank Herbert. Heinlein's book stimulated an interest in manifesting social change
through spiritual awareness and Herbert's book suggested that such things could be precipitated by a
substance (the "spice" that enabled interplanetary navigation).
I suffered from periodic bouts with
depression in these years that were based on some unexamined beliefs about the nature of things. My main
way of getting out of the depression was to put my attention on what I wanted by reading science fiction
and fantasizing about these amazing futures.
In the late sixties and early seventies I
discovered mystical literature and hypnosis. There was a small mystical library in my town that I
frequented. The couple who owned it were quite magical. They were named Ed and
Edna and they sold 24 Flavors ice cream and magazines for a living.
One time I asked Edna what church she
belonged to and she answered "the great big round church". When I asked her which church that was she
answered "the one where the devil can't get you cornered".
One of Ed and Edna's favorite teachers was
Emmet Fox who wrote:
"What you think upon grows. Whatever you
allow to occupy your mind you magnify in your life. Whether the subject of your thought be good or bad, the law works and the condition grows. Any subject that you keep out of
your mind tends to diminish in your life, because what you do not use atrophies. The more you think of
grievances, the more such trials you will continue to receive; the more you think of the good fortune you
have had, the more good fortune will come to you."
and"The Golden Key" which can be found
at:
http://www.bemyastrologer.com/goldenkey.html
These teachings were my first encounter
with the concepts that I am now so fond of hearing from Abraham.
I used hypnosis to regress people into
their past lives. One thing I would do after they had visited several past lives is I would ask them to
connect with their "total self". I would ask the "total self" from each person the same questions about
God, the universe and everything and I would get the same answers.
I encountered the concept of reincarnation
when reading about Edgar Cayce in the late sixties. Cayce often talked about ancient civilizations
like Egypt, Atlantis and Lemuria. I was very curious about these ancient civilizations and their technologies
since they were said to have had flying craft and "free" energy devices.
I read "The Seth Material" soon after it
came out in 1970 and asked my hypnosis subjects the questions that Seth raised in my mind. In retrospect
I can see how conscious intending was working so well for me then.
I eagerly awaited the publication of "The
Nature of Personal Reality" in 1974 and purchased it as soon as it came out. This is where I first read
the phrase "you create your own reality, there is no other law" which Abraham so often quotes. Over the
next two decades I read all of the Seth books as soon as they came out.
Seth also frequently spoke of ancient
civilizations and one of the most interesting of his descriptions was not published in Jane's books. I
have a copy of this unpublished Seth quote on my web site at:
http://www.OrmusMinerals.com/sethsound.htm
I have always been fond of the teachings
of Jesus and have a dear memory of being in a crowd that heard him speak in Galilee. My favorite quote from Jesus
is:
"Which of you by taking thought can add
one cubit unto his stature? And why take ye thought for raiment? Consider the lilies of the field, how
they grow; they toil not, neither do they spin: And yet I say unto you, That
even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these.
Wherefore, if God so clothe the grass of
the field, which to day is, and to morrow is cast into the oven, shall he not much more clothe you, O ye
of little faith? Therefore take no thought, saying, What shall we eat?
or, What shall we drink? or, Wherewithal shall we
be clothed? (For after all these things do the Gentiles seek:) for your
heavenly Father knoweth that ye have need of all these things. But seek ye
first the kingdomof God, and his righteousness; and all these
things shall be added unto you."
(I know that this quote has a very strong
resonance with the Abraham material.)
When I first started living on my own as a
young adult, I depended on the truth of these words to provide for myself. I have only worked as an
employee for about three years since I dropped out of college in 1970. My work has been first as a house
remodeler and cabinet maker during the seventies and eighties then as the
coordinator of my own environmental organization in the early nineties. I have been self employed and
totally dependent on my ability for conscious creation on a daily basis for food, shelter and clothing.
My house was largely built and furnished with stuff I whistled up at yard sales.
By now, you are probably wondering about
how this is tied to science fiction as I mentioned in the first paragraph of this
story.
In the mid seventies, I met a fellow named
Jim who is an incredible inventor. When I first met Jim he was a repair technician in an electronics
store in a town about 40 miles from where I live in BakerCity. I heard that Jim was interested in
speakers and hi-fi so I went and visited him. We talked about building subwoofers and he gave me some
ideas and I built a subwoofer that I still have it in my house to this day.
Jim was very clearly a genius; I mean he
was brilliant. When he was in a room sparks flew.
After about a decade Jim moved closer
to BakerCity, where I was
living.
At that point Jim was working on some
medical technologies using a pulse magnetic field to facilitate the healing of bones and soft tissues. In
connection with that he was going to a lot of medical trade shows.
At one of these trade shows he noticed
they were using really nasty chemicals to sterilize medical instruments. He said, "well hey, I think I
can make an ozone generator that will sterilize these medical instruments a whole lot better than what
you're using; cheaper and quicker and easier and with less toxic residue". So he went home and proceeded
to build an ozone generator. As Jim predicted it worked really well. It worked so well, in fact, that we
started thinking of other things we could do with it.
I started working with Jim in the
prototyping phase of the development of his ozone generator. I was machining prototypes of the part where
the ozone was made.
At that time, where I lived
in Eastern Oregon, we had a couple of toxic waste disposal
companies that wanted to come in and incinerate toxic waste in our county. I was working with a group of
citizens who were trying to stop these companies from coming in and burning PCB transformers and toxic
waste in the local cement plant. (We passed an ordinance and stopped this from
happening.)
In conjunction with this I said "Jim, why
don't you start trying your ozone generators on PCB oil. I betcha it would do
just about as good a job as the incineration." So he tested it and he bubbled
the ozone through this PCB oil at EasternOregonUniversityin La Grande. Sure enough it worked even
better than incineration. In fact he bubbled it through the oil and got this
little disc of plastic and right above it a whole bunch of USP grade mineral oil, nothing toxic,
literally the yuppie dream, making Frisbees and baby oil out of toxic waste, it was
great.
Another problem we had in
Eastern Oregonwas with mining waste. A lot of people
were doing mining and they were using cyanide heap leach mining. The cyanide would pollute the streams or
birds would land in it and all kinds of nasty stuff would happen. So we said, "why can't we just clean up the mine waste with ozone and solve this
problem?"
In the process of cleaning up the mining
waste in 1989, Jim noticed a strange substance that had very unusual properties. If you dried it out in
sunlight, it would disappear in a flash of light. If you dried it in the dark, it would levitate away
from your hand. You can read more of the story about our first encounter with this substance
here:
http://www.OrmusMinerals.com/mystory.htm
After working with the mine waste and the
strange substances that were associated with it for a few months Jim had an accident where he got some
toxic metals into his body along with these strange substances. The toxic metals almost killed Jim but we
believe that the strange substances kept him alive and helped him to recover from the toxic metal
poisoning.
All of the stories that Jim told about the
strange substances he was working with reminded me of the most incredible science fiction stories I had
ever read. He talked about puddles of this stuff that would move across a level surface toward the
closest person!
I wanted to delve into researching this
amazing stuff but Jim had gotten so sick from the toxic metal poisoning that he would not even consider
experimenting with these amazing substances again. He literally spent 18 months sleeping 22 hours per day
while he was getting past the toxic experience.
I had a desire to learn more about this
but Jim, the only person I thought could help me learn more, refused to experiment further with it. So I
dropped it and eventually, over the next few years, I quit thinking about it.
Everyone on this list will recognize the
elements of "joyous co-creation" in what I just described. I decided what I wanted and then I quit
thinking about it and went about my life. As Emmet Fox puts it in "The Golden
Key":
"Stop thinking about the difficulty,
whatever it is, and think about God instead."
In 1995 I got a call from an old friend
that I had told Jim's story to several years before. This friend is named Richard. Richard has a company
in Portlandcalled Ayurveda Plus
(www.ayurvedaplus.com).
Richard called me up and said, "I've got
this tape. You've got to hear it. I'm going to send it too you."
"Ok, Richard," I said.
I was doing forest activist work and I
wasn't really very interested in Ayurveda at the time. Richard sent me this tape and I thought, "It’s
probably some Ayurvedic medicine tape, I'm too busy to listen to it now" so I set it
aside.
A month later Richard called and asked,
"Well, what do you think?"
"About what?"
"About the tape?"
"What tape? Oh, you sent me a tape, yeah,
okay. I didn't listen to it Richard. I'm sorry. I'll listen to it right away."
We talked a little bit more then hung up
and a week later he called me and said, "What did you think of the tape?"
"Oh, Richard, I'm so sorry. I really want
to hear it; I'll listen to it tonight."
So I listened to the tape. It was this guy
named David Hudson and he's talking about this form of gold that if you put your hand under it, it floats
away, and if you put it out in the sunshine it will disappear in a flash of light. These were the same
things that Jim was talking about! "Cool", I thought, "I've got to let Jim listen to this
tape".
David Hudson talked about a lot of things
which were similar to Jim's experiences and he clearly had an understanding of this stuff and how it
worked. For Jim, it was totally mysterious and very scary. I thought that if Jim could hear this tape he
would loose his fear and become interested in working with this stuff again too.
I have noticed that one of the best ways
to get an inventor to work with something is to tell him that somebody else invented something and you
don't think he could possibly do anything even close to that. That's like a red flag for an inventor. So
I took the tape down to Portlandwith me the next time I went to an
environmental conference there. I left the tape with Jim while I was at my conference and when I came
back the next day I asked Jim, "What did you think of the tape?"
Jim said, "Oh, I don't have a tape
player."
"Oh no", I though, "I've been through this
before. I'm not going to let Jim blow this off like I did".
I said, "Jim, let's go for a
ride."
I had a tape player in my pickup. So, Jim
and I got in it went riding around Portlandlistening to this tape about David Hudson
and all of his discoveries. Jim was just sitting there nodding his head the whole time.
At that point, Jim was hooked on this new
information. He was convinced this was something that he could work with safely and that he could
contribute to in some way or another. So he decided to experiment with using ozone to make this
stuff.
David Hudson called these materials
ORMEs. We call them ORMUS. They are the precious metal elements in a
different state of matter.
Jim and I made some ORMUS gold that I
videotaped levitating on a magnetic field. You can download this video from links at the bottom of the
page here:
http://www.OrmusMinerals.com/articles.htm
Jim recovered from his toxic metal
poisoning very well and continues to invent stuff. He says that sometimes he remembers discussing physics
with the biblical Abraham while he was "sleeping off" his encounter with the toxic metals. He says that
these discussions have informed his work with ORMUS on many occasions.
Since 1995 I have been living out my early
science fiction fantasies by working with ORMUS and teaching others about it. ORMUS has almost the same
effects as the "spice" in "Dune".
We now believe that it is an intermediate
substance between spirit and matter. I have written an article on how I think this may work
at:
http://www.OrmusMinerals.com/innernet.htm
We are discovering that the ancients knew
about the ORMUS materials and called them by many other names. In Egyptthey called them "mfkzt", in Israelthey called them "manna" and "shewbread". We suspect that the Hindu "prana" and the Chinese
"chi" are other words for these substances. I have a couple of articles on these ancient connections
at:
http://www.OrmusMinerals.com/shewbread.htm
http://www.OrmusMinerals.com/2serpents.htm
I have noticed that the ORMUS materials
help me to be in the moment and that this really helps in manifesting what I want. I forget to think
about the past or worry about the future.
They also seem to help plants grow large
and healthy:
http://www.OrmusMinerals.com/ormusplants.htm
http://www.OrmusMinerals.com/oranges.htm
http://www.OrmusMinerals.com/walnuts.htm
They have even enabled a cat to grow a new
tail as you can see at:
http://www.OrmusMinerals.com/tutstail.htm
I am 55 years old and my hair color is
coming back and I have gotten half an inch taller in the last couple of years. I know this is from eating
ORMUS. You can see a before and after picture of my beard at:
http://www.OrmusMinerals.com/bcbeard.htm
A friend, who is a couple years older than
me, has had his hair color completely return as you can see at:
http://www.OrmusMinerals.com/m-copper.htm
As you can tell from the examples above, I
have manifested many of the "science fiction" things that I read about as a youth into my life
now.
It is important to remember that ORMUS is
not an "enlightenment pill" or anything like this. As Cayce used to say "mind is ever the builder". I
believe that you get what you pay for and that you pay with your attention. If ORMUS is the quantum
coherent medium that carries our thoughts this does not mean that it will correct our thinking to think
only of what we want. Just as a phone does not care whether we speak curses or praise, the ORMUS medium
will speed up the echo of our thoughts of what we want as well as the thoughts of what we don't
want.
This is why I was overjoyed when I first
heard of the Abraham-Hicks material when I attended a lecture by Lynn Grabhorn at the Body, Mind, Spirit Expo in
Spokane, Washingtonin 2001.
A few months later some friends who were
passing through my town gave me three or four of the Abraham tapes that they had. From that time to this
I have sought out the Abraham material.
Currently I subscribe to the AbeQuotes email list and look forward to reading the quotes that they send every day.
Whenever I am traveling to give a lecture on ORMUS, I like to listen to Abraham tapes. This is the only
time I have that is not occupied with ORMUS stuff and the Abraham material really helps me to focus my
attention on what I want from this.
I think that what I like most about the
Abraham-Hicks material is that it brings the essence of all of the ancient teachings into a modern idiom.
I think that this is quite important because the ancient spiritual texts typically accumulate an overlay
of belief structure and meaning that is often quite different from what was originally
intended.
Where the cultural overlay that has been
put on Jesus’ words involves opposing concepts like "good" and "evil", the Abraham material clarifies
these concepts into a more value neutral context as "what you want" and "what you don't
want".
I always try to move my lectures toward
the neutral ground where spiritual concepts and scientific concepts can meet. I have found that the
Abraham material exemplifies this and works as the best model for what I want to say in a way that is
acceptable to folks of all religious or secular inclinations.
We would never do anything that didn't
make our heart sing! And so you say, "But that choice doesn't seem to be there. There's this choice that
doesn't make my heart sing, or sort of staying where I am. So what should I do?" And we say, we'd hang
around and wait for something that makes our heart sing-and then we'd jump in with all four
feet.
