My personal experience, massive experimentation by thousands of people, and
clinical testing done by some of the top scientific researchers in the world has shown and
continues to show that staying young or becoming young again is now a very real possibility for
those who want it. As well as being a "wizard" (according to Dr. Norman Shealy), I am a realist
commited to doing whatever can be done to make a difference in the future of our planet and
improving the lives of all who wish their lives improved. What is to follow is a realistic approach
to a very exotic event.
I know that many, if not most, people can not simply accept a new way based on the feeling that the
new concept gives them, especially if this concept dynamically conflcts with their training or
belief system. There must be two paths, one for those who "KNOW" and one for those who "need to
learn".
In the case of "becoming young again", the way for those who KNOW is called the Star Chamber
Experience. In the case of those who must learn, Twilight offers the experiences needed.
The Star Chamber Experience involves two events: one that takes about a week, and another that
takes a very long lifetime. Your body will grow old and dysfunctional if you don't take care of it.
Becoming young again is magic; staying young is a lifestyle. You can not accomplish either unless
you have the appropriate tools for these tasks.
1. The Star Chamber Experience is designed to: First, balance the electricity of the body. Second,
renew the old polluted water by replacing it with new vital fluid. Third, recharge the system with
the appropriate energy, which is the force we know emotionally as Love. This is the extremely rapid
healing made possible by the Star Chamber Experience. Obviously, you can not achieve it without
access to a Star Chamber. The beginning of this Experience is three sessions or experiences over a
five day period. It continues with use of the materials required for rapid regeneration. These
products are designed to use at home. A person begining this adventure should have the ability to
return to the Star Chamber for continued experiences as needed or as desired. Simply stated, the
more Star Chamber Experiences you have the faster you will regain the character of your youth.
There must also be time in between the sessions to allow your regeneration to take place.
2. Support regeneration by providing the body with a good environment in which to reside by turning
your home into a Love-filled environment. Support your regeneration by providing your body with
"fresh building materials" that are bio-acceptable on a cellular level, such as "thin" water, "dew"
to maintain the cellular moisture, vital fluids to rebuild and other key building blocks,
especially magnesium in topically acceptable form that has the vitality to transmit cell-to-cell
throughout the body. What happens when you don't change the oil in your car or put it into an
environment that it can not withstand?
This is not about people and their Love (the sharing of the force of Life) or people and their hate
(the use of the force of Life as a weapon). This is about the mechanics of Love as a Physical
Force. The force of life, and It is about power, as Love is a powerful force. How you apply it to
the people around you will dictate whether it is good or bad.
The Cooperative Effort
On Page 219 of "Holy Water, Sacred Oil - The Fountain of Youth, by Dr. C. Norman
Shealy, you will read of the "Next Generation of the Star Chamber". If you read a bit further, you
will find some of the most potent statements ever made by any author.
What you won't read is that the plans for this Star Chamber were made over eight years ago and the
design itself is probably 6000 years old. You also won't read that this marvelous device "was to
be" built by the cooperative effort of the people who would either own it as condominium property
or have real property memberships in it as a co-op. And, you won't read that this cooperative
effort was to be based entirely on gifts and did not qualify or disqualify anyone by their ability
to give. (For convenience sake I will publish the information from page 219 to the end of the book
as a "book review" at the end of this information.)
Since the sticker, "Star Chamber Experiences are now available" was placed on the mailing and the
packages going out to the Twilight Membership, the response has been overwhelming. Since, the first
thing that needed to be accomplished was "clinical proof", I personally called the earliest to
respond. Out of these contacts I found the necessary number of people to accomplish this task -
this is to make copy a for future book. If you weren't called it is because this event is already
booked through the month of October. The clinical event could only accomodate a small number of
people. If you haven't heard of this it is because all those called were sworn to secrecy to
protect the location and privacy of the Star Chamber System. The information regarding a "real
Fountain of Youth" is very valuable to the author. Best selling books are like that.
The cost of this event, including all the biological, subjective and scientific testing is $7500
per person, plus a $1000 insurance payment to protect the medical professionals doing the tests.
This insurance can be shared by groups so long as they are family members and come at the same
time. These events are still available, with appointments starting in November, at which time there
will be two facilities, one in Nevada and another at Dr. Shealy's facility in Missouri.
If you are skeptical and want proof, this is your way. The $7500 is fully refundable if your DHEA
is not beneficially altered and if your cellular magnesium is not restored to viable levels within
one month of your experience, and the followup usage of the products which are included in the
price. $2500 will be refunded if you personally don't like what you see in the mirror at the end of
the same month. The credibility of the test required that all participating paid, but there is a
legitimate $5000 tax credit that goes with this deal, as it is medical research and conducted under
a long standing 501(c) - not for profit medical research corporation. THIS IS NOT WHAT THE REST OF

A Star Chamber System Owned by You
The megalithic system described in the book is the design that came to me from the
ancient "man-made" stone that is the source of all the information that makes my technology work.
Eight years ago, I tried to organize the people, and, of course, the money required to build this
facility. I did find people who wanted to help, but I had approached it as a condominium and it was
about this time when laws came into effect stating that "condominiums" had to be pre-built rather
than pre-sold. I returned the money that had been collected and stopped the project. At that time
the cost of building "the megalithic facility described in the book" was around 7.5 million
dollars. It was an event somewhat like the event depicted in the movie "Cocoon" and on the scale of
the event depicted in the movie "Contact", only not of extraterrestrial origin.
THIS IS NOT ABOUT A MEGALITHIC SUPER EXOTIC SYSTEM. It is about a well-tested, extremely effective
facility that dynamically enhances the restoration of youth. It is about building the Fountain of
Youth for real. It is about doing this so that those people involved can have the access they need
for themselves and their family members.
Where the megalithic system is a "wonderful speculative adventure" that is "potentially" an
environment that would allow the light being to separate from the body so that the body could
almost instantly reorganize itself. (It appears that the character of a man or woman resides in the
soul or "light being", however you wish to state it, and that the "character aspect" interferes
with the body's ability to maintain proper function. Unless an environment suitable for the
separation of body and spirit is available, this circumstance can not be overcome). It also could
be something, even more exotic still. This letter is about something a bit more pragmatic, a simple
Fountain of Youth.
This letter is about a system designed to enhance phsical regeneration to a point that exceeds
physical degeneration in a matter of a week, and then supporting this regeneration over a long
period of time. This is about becoming young again and staying young. You will all have to deal
with your character issues in your own fashion.
Last week, July 19, 2002, the contracts were signed for the building of the first condominium or
cooperative Star Chamber Facility (depending upon the laws of the state in which it resides). I
have all the materials for this first system and therefore it is being "pre-built" although that is
no longer a limiting factor.
There wll be no value placed on the pieces of this pie. Everyone who makes a reasonable contibution
will either receive a deed or a membership, which will be the participants real property. This
gives you access for life. A very long life. There will be a few "really basic" requiirements:
Responsible operating procedures, etc. and the power supply that makes this facility work will
always be mine, just in case the owners can not play fair and be nice. Becoming young again is
"becoming far more powerful" and you know the line about power and corruption.
THE EQUATION
This Star Chamber Facility is capable of providing over 17,000 experiences over
a year's time, if it is operated 24/7. I am hoping that the contributions of 150 people will pay
for its constuction. I'm not going to tell you what the cost of construction will be. I will just
say that I think the best efforts of 150 people will do it. You folks will be establishing the
precedent for the future of what should be hundreds or thousands of such events.
Thus there will be150 deeded properties or memberships. The time required for the intial
experiences and the follow up experiences for this group of 150 people will use up about 1,000 of
the 17,000 potential sessions. This leaves 16,000 Star Chamber Experiences for spouses, chldren and
grandchildren. THESE ARE NOT COMMERCIAL FACILITIES and can not be used by any one other than the
owners and their families.
The first five contributors and the top five contributors will form the operative board of 10 for
this "co-op", with me as the eleventh board member. The value of these properties, will be based on
the size of your contribution, as this is a money issue. Access will be established by the board
and have nothing to do with the size of a contribution, as this is a matter Life and Love. I will
give ten positions to the Founders Group LLC, who will market these positions after the facility
has a track record of restoring youth, subjective research is established, and the clinical work is
published. The book about a real Fountain of Youth wll surely be a best seller. These positions
will be sold for whatever the market will bear. This will establish precedent and the value of your
property. What is the value of an open ticket to a real Fountain of Youth?
This is the Founders Group LLC's second independent project and we wll build these facilities all
over the world. As other faclities are built, you will be able to trade your property for one
closer to where you live.
There is huge power in unity (your co-op group) and more power still in combined unity (many co-op
groups). The benefits of being part of such an organization are vast. You now have group buying
power, don't you?
Since the recovery, based on product usage alone, is directly related to the amount of product
used, and since a person, especially a person who has had the Star Chamber Experience and has a
support group of people having common experiences and goals, can not go too fast, your results are
absolutely important to my plans. You will have the road straightened before you and all the road
blocks removed.

The Next Generation of the Star Chamber
(Excerpt quoted directly from "Holy Water, Sacred Oil, The Fountain of Youth" by C.
Norman Shealy, M.D., Ph.D., p. 219-225)
It begins with a lens shaped pool, about 150 feet in diameter. Tapering from its edge to a center
depth of twelve feet. This pool is made of a mixture of "The Crystal" and "reconstituted
limestone." In the center of this large pool is a second smaller pool, about 50 feet in diameter.
This pool is made of a permeable ceramic with "The Crystal." The large pool is a "hydrogen
recombiner" producing an altered water - a heavier smaller molecule that will pass through the
ceramic barrier, presenting a highly concentrated version of "altered water" in the center pool.
This water is extremely pure, as the altered molecule does not have the chelation ability of its
precursor. It is also the perfect hydrant for the human skin.
Around the large pool is a common walkway about fifteen feet wide. There are three bridges,
connecting this walkway to the walkway around the center pool, which is about eight feet wide.
The bridges flow from the main walkway, starting at about ten feet wide and flowing into the center
walkway at about six feet wide. Circles in circles.
The pool area is covered by a geodesic dome made of metal and "gold filmed glass" creating an
atmosphere that is a "yellow green twilight" in the daytime. The dome is lit at night through "gold
film" maintaining the same effect. The dome has a "planetarium correct" star-scape that presents a
perfect, starry sky when the internal lights are dimmed. The same "glow in the dark material" is
used to mark walkways and provide light for the people using the chamber at night.
Surrounding the "Star Chamber" are twenty-four apartments. Each apartment has direct access to the
chamber and a second entrace into a basement level. There is a third, patio exit into the
glassed-in "garden area" that surrounds the complex. The apartments are three levels providing
enclosing parking, living and sleeping areas. The apartment complex is square with the eight
apartments on each side. The corners are dedicated to other activities relating to the program. The
apartments are designed to present an environment that is about half way between the "Star Chamber"
and the world. The surrounding garden is a "deep woods effect". The "Star Chamber" effect is a
virtual cessation of pain on a cellular level which people will need to be able to "get away from"
if it becomes too intense.
Three of the corner areas must be dedicated to the three aspects of the "Star Chamber Experience."
The fourth corner should be a theater effect, for meetings, educational services and recreation and
dining.
CORNER AREA ONE is the "negative ion effect". The objective of this area is to place people,
individually, in a massive negative energy field. This is to soften the "free radicals" and present
them in a water soluble form.
CORNER AREA TWO is the "Prill Bath" which is designed to launder the inert water of the system
through the skin. This is a physical transference of "altered water" into the body and "charged or
polluted water" out as perspiration. This removes hard water, water that is polluted with
hydrocarbons and water that has combined with hydrogen (acids), replacing it with extremely pure,
"non-polar" water. The only chemical used in the "Star Chamber" is WATER. Cleaning the cellular
water, immediately starts the restoration process of the skin, and tight skin with good color is
the aspect that most people would agree to be the "appearance of Youth." The baths themselves are
glass lined, silver plated lens shaped, double boilers, each with its own temperature control.
CORNER AREA THREE is dedicated to bringing the "human biological battery" back to its "full charge
potential." This is an area of small "Star Chambers" and Crystal Beds. The third phase of the Star
Chamber Experience is resting on the Crystal.
These three aspects represent one hour per day for the users. Other physical therapy could be
incorporated into this system, although the system exceeds "all other physical therapy" combined.
There is no intent of offering any special services beyond the Crystal effects. This system does
not require any lifestyle changes on the part of the participant.
The program is to be used by those participating "one week" every six months. Beyond this week of
resting, relaxing, and restoring, these people will be provided with their own "Crystal Sleeper"
for home use. The intent of this device is to maintain the "full charge characteristic" of the
newly restored "human biological battery."
There are any number of additions that can be offered to those who want them ranging from ongoing
supplementation of their "body water" to home conversions to present a much less detrimental "home
environment." This technology can spin off into virtually every aspect of human endeavor.
The object of the "one week" event is to "turn back the biological clock" by twenty years. In the
case of those who don't have twenty years of age to give up, they will return to their best point.
Children who have this experience simply "become awesome."
THE SECRET OF HEALTHY LIFE
I have not included in this book my usual comments about the effects of stress or my usual
recommendations for no smoking, optimal nutrition, physical exercise and relaxation. All of these
are great tools for optimizing health. All of them require some degree of WILL POWER and
motivation. True "couch potatoes" are not likely to be pushed into action by any comments I might
make. But maybe they will use the bath with Magic Oil as a couch substitute.
To start, they should not exceed 105 degrees Farenheit and perhaps 5 to 10 minutes. I like 108
degrees and 30 minutes.
My resting pulse is 60. After this rejuvenating, re-energizing bath, my pulse is 152, two and a
half times resting pulse. Pulse-wise, this is equal to that which I can achieve with a brisk jog!
Although it won't build muscle strength in my arms and legs, it obviously exercises my heart! And
there is great evidence that both prostaglandin E1 and beta endorphins are increased by heat.
Prostoglandin E1, beta endorphin, heart exercise, marvelous relaxation - plus increased magnesium
and DHEA! And, almost no effort. This combination cannot be beaten - or equaled with any other
known approach. Combined they may well be the Fountain of Youth.
THIS IS THE AGE OF AQUARIUS, the beginning of a new millenium with the potential for enhancing life
and health. The "simple" fact that Magic Oil raises DHEA and intra cellular magnesium makes it the
