Despite all that has passed, been said, experienced, it may be that it escapes so many that Riches of greater value than Material wealth have been theirs for years, that is, has been available.

Let us assume that based on initial use and initial results, the employment use had been extended, and the results experienced in every instance complimentary, a wonderful market and revenue would be now flourshing, and this could by now in this field alone be of such volume that it would be sufficient for the Relief Mine to be self-supporting and of great RELIEF VALUE to Mankind.

Personally I would say that to entertain the elimination of animal products for food entirely, would be an error, but to provide so that mankind would not need be dependent on same would be well.

Land not well mulched is strengthened by the soil conditioner and crops there-from helped by Electro-Culture, such land will have a measure of better productivity, and withstand to some greater degree - drought better than the same land untreated.

Trees and brush, leaves, etc. that are cut up very fine and let lay, provide a far better mulch for the soil if worked in, than the same material burned.

The thought of Soil Conditioning and Fertilizing values of the ores has never been dismissed from mind.

Use of electrical energy into the soil to stimulate growth activity of crops is not uncommon.

We have two goals, the First, to increase the quality value of crops, the Second, to increase the quantative value of crops.

The First of our two goals is a paramount necessity if we are to combat the inroads of degenerative diseases effecting the populace in increasing numbers with the passing of time.

The Second of our two goals is likewise a necessity if we are to be able to provide foods for a constantly increasing population, from decreasing acreage.

Ores from Koyle Mining Co. holdings, have been employed in experiments successfully carried out these past several years.

The successful, in that it was established that the ores were beneficial in soil conditioning and assisting plant growth, this success could only be classified as indicative.

It was evident that the ores alone, were not capable of providing the full results values sought. Our attention was directed to the employment of Electrically energizing the soil, and serious consideration and study to our so doing was given. 8-25-57 To Shreeve

Possibly you have read of the deep concern and strong objections voiced by heads of the City of Los Angeles to Radio-active fall out they experienced from recent Nuclear Bomb Tests.

The Atomic Energy Commission Scientists claim it is insufficient in quantative value to seriously effect humans, but be that so or not, it does effect Stock and Vegetation.

Then there is the stuation of increasing JET propelled aircraft, both Military and Commercial. The Military Jets except on take off and approach, fly at a high-altitude, but not so the Commercial Jets.

Commercial Jets fly definite lanes, at lower altitudes and on scheduled flights it is daily. They produce vibrations of a high nature that effect all stock.

But added to the high vibration which we can assume also has effect on ground areas, tho not yet known or publicised, there is a fuel (Exhaust gases) fall out which apprears to effect soil and soil productivity, indicated by fact that areas in the flight lanes suffer poorer and diminishing crop yields as time passes.

Considering these, it is not unreasonable nor unrealistic to assume that SOIL CONDITIONING will be a boon, and proper to assume it will be a vital necessity and Electro-Culture (Electrical Bombardment of soil) of prime importance to the well being of all life, vegetable, stock and human.

There is the labor cost to be estimated, on a similar per acre basis.

Then when all costs are estimated, you estimate cost of insecticides and applications of same, plus that these costs apply on normal (Lesser yields) results re-crop yields.

Estimating increased yields, it should extablish that instead of a cost being involved, the initial investment, labor and other cost are all returned, and an over-all gain of material value is enjoyed, PLUS earlier harvesting and PURER QUALITY NUTRITIOUSLY is the end result. Material gain for the grower, healthful gain for consumers, both worthy goals to seek, especially the latter.

You, others, and myself, have had experiences, with the Soil-Conditioner employed alone. Also with Electro-Culture employed alone, and with both employed together.

Some of the times these were employed singly for a period, also together for a period.

The Soil-Conditioner employed alone, produced results for the period employed. The Electro-Culture employed alone, produced results for the period employed.

When both Soil-Conditioner and Electro-Culture were employed together, results were most excellent for periods employed.

When both Soil-Conditioner and Electro-Culture were employed regularly for the entire growth season, from planting to harvest, and the planted area received reasonable moisture for the entire growth period, the results were outstandingly astounding.

Now here is something which cannot be over-emphasized, there was existing a natural action of some force of nature released which was of a repellant nature, so assumed here because there was no Insect Invasions NO INSECT ATTACK of the growing plants.

The products were HARDIER, LARGER, MORE UNIFORM, acreage yield was GREATER, Texture FINER, all were more EDIBLE, and had they all been sample laboratory tested for VITAMINS, would, I am confident have been found to be RICHER in Vitamin values.

In addition to all this above set forth, MATURITY DATES of products were SUBSTANTIALLY ADVANCED, some products growth response being greater than others, BUT, every product did enjoy earlier maturity date (SHORTER GROWTH SEASON) than normal to general farming practice. 4-18-64 To Shreeve

Re-#6, The Amperes values of the minerals in the ore (Soil-Conditioner) are general average, in combination, all working together, in cooperation with the In-Put value of the Electro-Culture Unit, build up natures reaction values, these immediate values you will gradually notice and make record of, in improved produce grown, heavier per acre yield and in earlier maturity.

Elements to be recorded, are PER ACRE YIELD, UNIFORMITY of PRODUCE, EARLIER MATURITY-HARVESTING DATE. Then you should ascertain the following values of VITAMINS, NUTITIONAL, and savings through NON-requirement of Synthetic Fertilizers and Insecticides.

Record should be kept of Insect invasions -re-different crops in area, and failure of similar insect invasion of the Soil-Conditioner-Electra-Culture grown crops. 5-11-66 To Shreeve

We must tell you about our experience with the Soil-Conditioner plus Electro-Culture on our back yard garden, in size it is but 25' by 35' and we planted a a variety of vegetables, we applied Sand, Barnyard fertilizer, and Soil-Conditioner disced in, and Electro-Culture from time of planting through the summer.

Our crop of Peas were very good, despite the fact that the soil was almost was almost too rich for them, but the Beets and Radishes planted after the Peas were harvested, were wonderful.

We planted a row of Sweet Pod climbing Peas near a Six' fence and they climbed over the top. The Pods are sweet, tender and real good. When most of the Pods were off, we had a real surprise, NEW SHOOTS started from the Stalks near the the ground and within a short time they were near the top of the fence, covered with Blossoms and soon a second crop of Peas. We are not advised as to whether this is usual as we had not seen them before.

We also planted a row of Soy Beans, out of curiousity, as they were new to us, they are ripening and are 3' high, with Beans from Bottom to Top of Stalks.

Our Parsnips stand 3' high with long straight Roots, and we had plenty of Sweet Lettuce, Summer Squash, Carrotts and Cucumbers all summer.

We also experimented with some Relief Mine Farm Potatoes which had made a good growth in the storage pit, the Stalks being Eight to Ten inches, with leaves and a handful of Roots on the potato, without disturbing them, we placed one in each Hill and they continued growing. Results, the count was from TEN to FIFTY Potatoes in a hill, Size, Medium to Large.

And last but not least, is our Tomato patch of Eleven plants, they were making rapid growth and we dicided to put a fence along either side to keep them off the ground, but soon decided our 18" fence was not high enough. They reached a height of five to Six feet and were loaded with Large delicious fruit, and some are on the ground. We cut away much foliage in order to find the Tomatoes,

Early in the Summer the small Grasshoppers settled on the Parsnips and Pota-

toe , and, Dusted with Soil-Conditioner and they left, a few remained to help eat the tomatoes.

A Neighbor who was raised on a Farm, told us we had the most beautiful garden he had ever seen, Thanks to Soil-Conditioner and Electro-Culture.

Then the d acre pea yeild and the following year yield of only 5 acres. Recent favoring report on progress of 1500 plants, and now the 5 boxes of beans and 6 boxes of beets. Need we more than these to stimulate us to confirm the way.

experimentedin limited way. Arnold did help his neighbor with Corn and his grass benefitted.

Were each stockholder and their friends to know how products of the relief mine helped, and when assisted with Energizing Electric current filtered through battery containing Non-Acid fluid made from ore of the relief mine, much fluid would be employed, this would provide you some income, me also, and some labor at the mine.

Gradually, use of the ore would so increase that by comparison, the requirement of ore for Sinco Non-Acid fluid would amount to a handful of sand on an Ocean beach front of sand, and the provisions setforth in Bro. Shreeve drawings would be a necessity and a reality.

There is I believe positive knowledge of benefits accomplished through means employed which are related to those employed in Bro. Shreeves experiments.

TO ACCOMPLISH UNITY AND THE EXORCISE OF FAITH BY ALL WHOM IT IS DESIRED COOPERATE IN THE WORK, FOR REASON THEIR INITIAL AND PRESENT INVESTED OR OTHER INTERESTS THEREIN, IS THE MAIN PROBLEM.

Just what the situation is with respect to the mine, the claims and support of Quayle Dixon and the Board of Directors, is not known to me, but I trust and daily pray that all is well and will continue so.

I believe Electra-culture with out use of RELIEF MINE SOIL CONDITIONER, was employed with some measure of noticeable results. However, it did not I believe, compare with results obtained with employment use of only RELIEF MINE SOIL-CONDITIONER. Maximum results I believe ware the result when both RELIEF MINE SOIL-CONDITIONER and Electro-Culture were employed jointly.

THE MINE provides unusual values of ores employable for Soil Conditioning, and Bro. Arnold Shreeve has developed units for the employment of Electro-Culture, Electro-Treating of Water, etc. 9-7-63 To Burningham

Soil Conditioner was used lest year, when compost materials were laid down for composting.

When it was used exclusively on the Dahlias this year, the leaves were larger, stocks were, in most all varieties, three inches in diameter.

The blooming period was longer, with more blooms out at one time. All varieties had five blooms in full bloom at one time.

Most varieties had eight to ten blooms. These blooms averaged ten (10) inches in diameter. This is unusually large when there are eight to ten blooms at one time.

Of course additional Soil Conditioner was mixed in the compost when used this Spring.

Most everything else grown the entire year displayed much the same outstanding results.

One thing is known, and, that is that NO Electro-Culture was used, and the results could have been bettered by Double, IF Electro-Culture was used.

My writting you this letter stems from CEASELESS URGINGS OF THE INNER VOICE on waking during the night and at odd times during the days. The urging to write you thus has been more and more insistent with each passing day for ever so many past weeks.

Last night during prayer I did ask the Blessing, that if I should write you, that today (Sunday) I be not let to rest or relax until I had done so.

This now about 7:00 P. M., and I have not been permitted to rest, I nave tried to occupy myself with many thoughts and some activity, but the answer is herein as this letter establishes.

GOD has provided rich Blessings which are at our disposal, of which we are not as yet aware of, among these are aids to agriculture which will provide greater yields of fruits of GODS EARTH and mans labors, of a higher nutritive value and vitimins contents.

The aforegoing paragraphs statements, can be fully substantiated to an acceptably satisfactory degree.

It is my privilege to be favored with reports, and also I have been further favored with privilege to meet with men of wholesome desire seeking most earnestly to serve the LORD, who have been employing Electro-Culture with encouraging and enlightening success.

They presently have one or more projects going, one of which I believe it was stated had to do with 1500 plants.

That you may be advised and gimme full and favorable consideration to the extraordinary employability values of these ores, I have extracted portions from letter by Mr. A. T. Shreeve of Koyle Mining Company to Mr. J. I. Rodale, Editor of Organic Gardening & Farming, of Allentown, Pa.

I have compiled these extracts into a letter-form, and include it herewith, they record results of unusually great value to all the peoples who make up our Nation today, plus they in greater numbers who will follow.

The value of the ore for producing the NON-ACID battery fluid alone, is sufficient I trust and personally believe, to justify continuing same available for this purpose from the Koyle Mining Company, and its value is not less than $100.00 a ton to me, and if it were necessary to pay more, up to as much as $200.00 a ton. But for Soil Conditioning and Plant Growth use, the tonnage requirement would be so great that it should be priced at about $20.00 a ton, when tonnage requirement and mining tonnage had each been sufficiently developed to permit such pricing.8-25-57 To Pearson

A HUNGER BELT encircles the Globe. Here 2.4 BILLION people - two thirds of all humans in this world - subsist with their belts a little tighter to repress hunger pains.

Not all of course go hungry. But the great majority get fewer calories than are considered necessary for minimum diets, and MILLIONS get a great deal less.

Most of Central America, Northern and Western portions of South America, the West Indies, all of Africa except the southern tip, the Middle East, China, India, Malaysia and Indonesia are in the region of the hungry.

Much of the increase in the World’s population 55 Million persons yearly occurs in THE BELT.

Since World War 2, there has been some improvement in Diets in most of these nations. In the next five years, a study by U. S. Dept. of Agriculture indicates, diet deficient areas can expect about 8 per cent increase in calories, and improvement in the quality of food they get. IN 1970, However, the average person there will have 275 FEWER calories DAILY than he needs for adequate nutrition.

In comparison with North America, Europe and other Better-Fed regions, the 1970 average diet will be 800 calories less daily IN THE HUNGER BELT. Unless drastic steps curtail population increases, or HIGHLY UNLIKELY food production increases occur, the situation will become CRITICAL AFTER 1970 INFORMED OBSERVERS PREDICT.

Raymond Ewell, Vice-President of Research, State University of New York, Buffalo, has made this prediction. "IF present trends continue, it seems likely that FAMINE WILL REACH SERIOUS PROPORTIONS in INDIA, PAKISTAN and CHINA in the early 1970s, followed by INDONESIA, IRAN, TURKEY, EGYPT and several other countries within a few years, and then followed by most of the other countries of Asia, Africa and Latin America by 1980".

"Such a famine will be of massive proportions affecting hundreds of millions, possibly even BILLIONS of persons. If this happens, as appears very probable, it will be the most COLOSSAL CATASTROPHE IN HISTORY. It will be a completely new situation in the world's history - NOT ENOUGH FOOD for the BILLIONS of human beings inhabiting the surface of this globe." Aside from Birth control, it will take widespread international cooperation TO INCREASE FOOD PRODUCTION and improve distribution from such surplus producers as the United States TO PREVENT THIS CRISIS. We have two goals, the First, to increase the quality value of crops, the Second, to increase the quantative value of crops.

The First of our two goals is a paramount necessity if we are to combat the inroads of degenerative diseases effecting the populace in increasing numbers with the passing of time.

The Second of our two goals is likewise a necessity if we are to be able to provide foods for a constantly increasing population, from decreasing acreage.
